I have started to rework the engine…
The main topic i learned from previous rework is to keep track on the screws and their location. For that reason iam numbering each location of each screw incl tracking of their location on a photo.
As the engine is dirty i did a lot of cleaning sessions but my hands still gets black. I removed the cludge cover plate and took everything out.
The stuff in the inside looks easy but the ideas and knowledge who is required to build that, seems to be a lot. the engine of a vespa is on such easy level that everyone can rebuild it but also stable enough to survive for more than 50 years with limited modifications…
