The Next Generations Action toys wear the wrong Uniform. That’s caused by early production where the first uniform, specifically made for the movie, is used. But after the first records, the decision was made to switch to the DS9 Uniform. The main reason is that the new uniform does not fit to the needs. For cost cuts, the Actor of Riker is also wearing the uniform of Sisko during the shots, other actors use also pre-produced uniforms for other Actors.
