Above, thats the first words after the concept of the borg got extended within the Star Trek First Contact Movie and a Borg Queen was added. She was played by Alice Kriege (second pic below).
Within the same movie, she got destroyed/killed by Data and Picard.
Within Voyager was the concept of the Borg-Queen reactivated and more than one is available. If they exist in parallel or simply afterwards “activated” is not confirmed within the Canon. Within Voyager the Borg Queen(Pic three) was played by Susanna Thompson (4th pic). But within the final episode, the Borg Queen (Pic 1) was displayed by Alice Kriege again.
Nevertheless, Diamond Select devices to use the Queen as displayed by Alice Kriege. Her Face is really well made and the details are absolutely satisfying. merely the bone-skulls above the eyes are a bit to much modeled. indeed the “Alice-Borg-Queen” has such details but less edgy. My Queen has a small defect on the upper lip. Based how the defect looks like, I am guessing that the damage somehow caused by the previous owner/ seller. The eyes are perfectly made, the translucent color is making the working nano-probes perfectly and it looks like they are beyond the skin. On the backside of the head are the typical cables connected.
The Exosceletton – those who knows the movie, or the show, knows that the exosceleton of the borg queen starts at the shoulders and anything below is an Android/robotic body. I was asking my why the Queen needs an body who is looking like humanoid, but it is like it is…
The Body is a detailed build and many repeating elements are visible. The body is in mat and silk-mat black painted and has some gracile copper and silver-colored lines.
Some accentuate elements are also guided into the robotic direction, for instance the knee area.
Additionally, they made a kind of “Washing” on the body to create a kinda metallic look. to be honest, it is on the pics a bit better than in reality. I personally think it looks a bit Grimy, on Pic four below, in the genital area, you see that the work was not done perfectly. You see that there are some drops of glue available that increase the reflections.
The legs are nothing special, but I do have to mention that the display stand is detachable for allowing the Queen for better repositioning.
The Display stand has a kind of metallic look without any specialties.
Feature – That’s something I would not have expected – the head is detachable/ removable. That’s really turning it into a more realistic direction in regards to the movie. HOWEVER – if the head is detachable, how to present him? I do miss the possibility to hang it somehow to present the effect perfectly. (Offtopic – I do have to think about it and build something)
Close before finalizing my review, i do need to write something about the hand. If you do take a look on it, you see a kind of “grimy” finish. I do know the washing technic who was used for it, but i would have recommended that doing it lss is much more. th reality is showing that you see less of it but they could have done better.
The Borg are not even protecting their own collective, even the queen is replaceable, really better is that those Femme Fatales comes completely packed in plastic and the detachable head is fixed with a rubberband

My general conclusion
Alice-Borg-Queen is with her 7 components perfectly made. Simply the finish could be – from my point of view- a bit better. The Display Stand is the same as used for Seven of nine. It is absolutely unknown to me why the back wall, which was available for seven, is not included in this package. Currently, today(2021 June 26) is the borg queen for around 60 euro in Germany available but the price will definitive grow.
